Description
This will include two 30 minutes video call via zoom/teams. We will review up to 4 reports. We will suggest word changes and amendments to ensure all needs and provisions are properly identified, worded legally, specified and quantified with annotating necessary changes to the draft. We will send the draft back to you to send to your Local Authority. With up to 4 reports.
Each additional reports is charged at £40 per report.
📢 Booking a Draft EHCP Check?
Please read first! Before booking, please message to check availability so we can complete your review within the legal timeframe. You have at least 15 calendar days to respond to a draft EHCP, make representations, and request a school placement (in line with Section 38 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and Regulation 13(1) of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014).
👉 The law states “at least 15 days”, which means this is a minimum timeframe — the Local Authority can agree to extend this period if requested.
