Description

We will utilize your reports, emails, letters and the Education Health Care Plan to develop a Grounds of Appeal that details your child’s back ground regarding Special Education Needs and Special Education Provisions. We will identify areas where the plan does not include your child’s identified needs and where significant advice has not been sought to fully identify your child’s needs. Relevant legislation and case law will be cited throughout to challenge deficiencies in specification and quantification within the plan bolstering your case. We will complete the official tribunal form on your behalf leaving you to simply submit the documents to register your appeal with the First-Tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability) [SENDIST].
